简介：Hepatic fibrosis and HCC is induced by TLR4-dependent manner. HSCs, but not KCs are the main targets of TLR4 ligands in hepatic fibrosis. TLR4 enhances hepatic fibrosis by downregulating TGF pseudoreceptor BAMBI and enhancing TGFb signaling in HSCs.
