简介：Chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a leading cause of cirrhosis and liver cancer worldwide, and the global control of HBV infection is urgently needed. Seven antiviral agents have been approved for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B, including interferon (conventional interferon and pegylated interferon) and five nucleos(t) ide analogues (lamivudine, adefovir dipivoxil, entecavir, telbivudine and tenofovir).
