简介：A considerable part of hepatitis C virus (HCV)-infected patients remains nonresponder to the combination therapy of pegylated interferon and ribavirin. These patients are generally categorized as difficult-to-treat and have some correctable and fixed factors affecting the poor response to the therapy.
