简介：In this talk I will summarize the treatment of chronic HCV infection in patients with renal disease, hemodialysis patients, patients with normal aminotransferase levels, patients with cryoglobulinemia and acute HCV infection. Renal patients: The clearance of ribavirin is impaired in patients with renal dysfunction. Ribavirin and its metabolites are not removed by hemodialysis either. Thus, ribavirin is not reccommended for patients with a creatinine clearance below 50 mL/min.
