简介：The question, whether there are different types of nonalcoholic fatty liver diseases due to different pathogenetic mechanisms is difficult to be answered; but according to recent investi-gations for most of all NAFLDs insulin resistance seems to play the key role, independent of the etiology or the clinical aspect of the disease. This means, the more it seems that the picture of NAFLD changes, the more it seems to look the same.
