简介：The results show that IFN therapy significantly increases the immune pressure on Th and B cell epitopes, compared with NT, LVD, or ADV. The analysis of untreated patients suggests a tendency to select HBV variants with changes in the main immune epitopes, preserving conserved regions, which indicates that HBV quasispecies is continuously changing to evade immune pressure.
